Irons Media was founded by Jamie Loveday, built not just from a passion for the lens, but forged through personal resilience and the discipline of the iron.
Starting at age 16, weighing just 49kg, Jamie faced severe depression, anxiety, and struggles with eating. The gym became a sanctuary. Through years of training, bulking, cutting, and earning qualifications in carpentry and joinery, he built a foundation of strength.
The path wasn't linear. Battles with mental health and physical conditions returned, causing weight to fluctuate and progress to stall. But the iron remained a constant. Defeating depression multiple times proved one absolute truth: progress is power.
